I hereby declare that I have received the information notice envisaged by Article 13 of Italian legislative decree n. 196/2003, as set out hereinunder, and that I freely give full consent to the processing and disclosure of the personal data provided to Zanasi s. r.l., with registered premises in Sassuolo (MO), at Via Marche n. 10.

The process of voluntarily and expressly sending emails or other correspondence to the addresses stated on this site involves the acquisition of the sender’s address, in addition to any other personal details the sender may have included in such correspondence.
The information and computer systems, as well as the software procedures, involved in the standard operations of this site envisage the acquisition of certain data of a personal nature, whose transmission is part of the use of web communication protocols and is also required for site management and optimisation purposes (e.g. IP addresses, URLs, domain names, request times, file sizes, and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system). The data acquired in this way is used to obtain anonymous statistical information about site usage or to check that the site is working properly. Such data is never, on any account, associated with other data in order to identify the user or to create a personal profile thereof. Subscription to the aforesaid services (forums and newsletters) requires the provision of personal data intended to identify the user. Such data is held and processed by the site providing the service, and in particular (for the newsletter) by “Soft-net snc”.
Processing procedure and purpose
The data provided voluntarily by the user is acquired and processed solely to allow access to the services offered on the site and to provide information notices, which may be of a promotional or sales nature. This data shall not be assigned or passed on to third parties.
The personal data is processed using automated means and solely for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
The personal data supplied by users who sign up or submit requests for information (forums, newsletters, etc.) shall be used solely to provide the service requested and shall be passed on to third parties solely if necessary for such end.
The personal data supplied by users who sign up (in particular, their name and email address) is automatically added to the mailing list.

Pursuant to Article 7 of Italian legislative decree n. 196/2003, the party to which the data refers (data subject) is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the said data at any time, and the communication thereof in intelligible form. The data subject is likewise entitled to obtain information as to the origin of the data, the processing purposes and procedures, the logic applied, the identity details of the data controller and (where present) of the data processor, in addition to the parties or categories of parties to whom the data may be disclosed. The data subject is furthermore entitled to obtain the following: a) the updating, rectification, or the integration of the data; b) the erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully; c) certification that those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated have been informed of the operations described in points a) and b). Finally, the data subject is entitled to object to the processing of data relating thereto for lawful reasons or for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or to carry out market research or business communication.
